These terms describe how you can use Product Idea Demand Check. They are written for a small product built to generate demand reports, so the rules are direct and focused on that service.

By accessing the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page is the one that applies when you use the service.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
You must not share access in a way that would let another person use your account to bypass purchase limits, report credits, or sharing restrictions.
3. Reports and outputs
Reports are generated from the inputs you provide and from third-party keyword and cost data. They are directional estimates, not guarantees.
You may use the reports for internal planning, customer research, proposals, investor materials, and similar business work.
- Do not present the outputs as a promise of revenue, profit, or search demand.
- Do not resell, repackage, or redistribute the reports as a standalone data product without permission.
4. Payments and refunds
Paid credits, report packs, and subscription-like offers are governed by the pricing shown in the product at the time of purchase.
Unless a separate refund policy says otherwise, purchases are non-refundable once credits are issued or consumed, except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You must not try to interfere with the service, scrape it at scale, reverse engineer it, or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms other users.
You must not submit malicious content, attempt to evade rate limits, or use the service to mislead others about the source of data.
6. Third-party services
The service depends on third-party providers for keyword data, payments, email delivery, and anti-abuse protection. Their terms and availability may affect the service.
We are not responsible for outages, delays, or data issues caused by those providers.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as-is and as available. We do not warrant that any report will be complete, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service period or report pack.
